In keeping with our utmost integrity & purpose, these Traditions define & guide The Sacred Circle... 1. We acknowledge we are healing from unhealthy life styles brought about the trauma of Patriarchy... Hierarchy... and our estrangement from the Natural World 2. We embrace a 13-Step Path of Recovery & Reclaiming to bring personal transformation to our lives 3. As Visible Spirits, our common desire is to live in harmony with Nature, Ourselves & Others doing as we will, while harming none 4. We see Spirit & Nature as one... & acknowledge Earth, Air, Fire & Water as our primal sources of Life 5. We honor the Goddess in her many guises & follow the Women's Spirituality Path 6. We honor changing phases of the Moon & our life cycles as Maiden, Mother & Crone 7. We celebrate Days of Power on the Sacred Wheel... Solstices... Equinoxes... Cross-Quarter days in between 8. Our natural authority comes from higher powers & the ancient wisdom that resides within each of us, Therefore... we rely on our own experience and divine wisdom to guide the Circle 9. We respect diversity & individual expression encouraging each sister to participate as her bright spirit dictates 10. We take responsibility for paying our own way & are self-supporting through our own contributions 11. All Sisters remain Clean & Sober when participating in our Circle 12. In essence... We rely on Attraction rather than Promotion 13. We value the welfare of our Circle as a whole; Love - Respect - Tolerance - Unity Harmony - Sanctuary & Support are keys to personal growth, healing, empowerment, transformation and change! Let's Remember... When Women Heal, the Earth Heals! Blessed Be |

A Message from Mama J... I want to express my deepest gratitude to all the sisters who have walked this sacred path with me through the years... & to welcome all the sisters who will be joining us now and in the future. This is a priceless path, one of self love, beauty, joyful dedication & deep commitment to the Goddess & sisters everywhere who are backing away from patriarchal systems and working together to reclaim Her sacred ways. 30 years ago I resigned from the world as I knew it... and although I'm a lot older now my heart still carries the vision I was given by the Goddess when my recovering journey began. That was to see all of us rise above insidious systems of Patriarchy... to truly heal our lives by reclaiming ourselves as daughters of the Great Mother herself, made in her image & likeness! While we share a home on Mother Earth... my deepest desire is to connect with you... to worship, work, play & laugh with you... to reclaim our wonderful mysteries & traditions so we can pass them on to future generations. Sometimes we must travel a good distance to be together in the Circle but I feel it's worth it because we are uplifting consciousness while filling new pages of herstory like never before... So I encourage you to make the effort, to join us in Circle, Celebrations & Gatherings so we can share the magic that happens when we tell our stories, heal the past into the present, and sing, dance, feast, celebrate and make merry in her name... Time is a precious commodity in todays' world, and to walk side by side on this healing journey, in the beauty & wisdom of Women's Mysteries, honoring our life passages through the seasons, is an experience we really don't want to miss. Believe me. Life goes by in the blink of an eye, & precious times together are few & far between. Every moment we lose can never be returned & every moment shared is a memory in the making. In 2012, take a break from your busy lives and join me in the Circle as we replenish our souls in the greater sisterhood we all love & share, for when the Women heal, the Earth heals, & when we merge our wisdom & magic together, our highest & greatest visions are manifested! I look forward to seeing you in Circle soon! Until then... take care & be well... With Many Blessings... Mama J |

Sacred Circle Manifesto We are committed to reclaiming the Goddess & her ancient ways to heal from Patriarchy We believe all seemingly hopeless states of mind & body are the result of our estrangement from the natural world; Therefore, we are committed to the recovery of mind, body & soul by letting go of destructive ways and living in harmony with Nature's cycles & seasons We believe recovery is a return to authentic self, so we honor the ancient wisdom of Mother Nature and embrace all mystical systems that mirror our divinity, magic & power as children of the Earth We believe Patriarchy only serves to divide, conquer & rule; that it's the root cause of oppression, dysfunction & imbalance; that power-over-politics are used to control all on Earth, both collectively and individually We recognize the Divine Feminine as the giver of all forms; therefore, male & female are one with her greater mysteries. We believe it is wise to detach from all systems that do not honor the Feminine Principle of Life We are committed to healing all aspects of our lives by honoring our unique mysteries and rites of passage; bonding with like-minded sisters as often as possible; & by letting go of all dysfunctions that keep us out of balance and harmony with Nature & Spirit We are inspired by the Divine Feminine in her many guises and our destinies as Maiden, Mother and Crone because it mirrors our fundamental mysteries as women In the spirit of cooperation & evolutionary progress we honor the spiritual principles in twelve step recovery programs and support all workings that support the oneness of life We are committed to walking our talk while sharing our experience, strength & hope with others who are seeking recovery & empowerment We stand in accord with the Ancient Rede: Do as you will and harm none. We believe life is to be enjoyed to the fullest, that every phase of life is sacred from birth to death, that all should live freely & equally on the Earth We hold a strong belief that when we heal, families heal; when families heal, communities heal, when communities heal, nations heal, when nations heal, Earth heals Blessed Be |
